Denim Canvas Project

Our skills came together beautifully in a recent collaboration with Aaron De La Cruz. Aaron’s work is in the realms of graffiti and illustration, in which I was able to translate his designs through sashiko stitches, on the yolk and cuffs of a Levi’s Barstow Western Shirt. I’m so happy with the results! A big thanks to my welder and woodworker friend Travis Norman for modeling.
This collaboration is a one-of-a-kind exclusively for Hypebeast x Levi’s Denim Canvas Project, on display at the Levi’s headquarters in San Francisco.
